Error connecting Gateway

Hi everyone. I’ve just started trying Simumatik with UR Sim in order to check the app itself. I found myself with a problem that it’s probably not related with the UR Sim itself, but with the Gateway. This is what I do:

  1. I start the Simumatik Launcher
  2. I start the Local Server.
  3. I start the Gateway manually from the toolbar.
  4. When I press the “Gateway button” in the browser app, (initially says “Gateway disconnected”) inmediatly says “Error connecting Gateway”. That’s it, i cannot see anything in any log.

I’ve tried to check if the ports where listening/established and it all seems correct. Even turning off the Firewall.

What should I try? Thank you.

Thanks for your post. Could you try to update the workspace to the latest version v1.8.4?
It seems to be a glitch with the button to select between built-in gateway in the previous version.

All right! Yes, I restarted a couple times my computer for the automatic update to run, and did not work at the first time but it did at the second one. Now it works fine. Thank you!
