Issue installing simumatik launcher

I got an issue installing simumatik launcher. it seems like installed but when i try to run as administrator it appears an error saying that: error installing package, please contact support

could anyone help me with this problem? I tried so many times desinstalling the simumatik launcher and reinstalling but it didnt work as either

Hi Eugenio,
When you install the launcher it starts automatically and you do not need to start it by yourself. It will also automatically start every time you start your PC. That said, if the installation went well, try to restart your computer to ensure you haven’t start several instances manually. If you get the errror message even then, after restarting the PC and letting the launcher start by itself, the issue could be related to your PC having some limitations if is not a personal one. In some cases, companies block certain users for installing software or limit the PC capabilities. You can find in the manual which ports will be used by the launcher and other apps in order to work properly, in case you need to communicate with your IT support:

It installs automatically. Sometimes it can take 15-20 minutes to complete. I have no idea why it is so slow. You can speed it up by closing it using the task manager, and then running it manually, but it will not speed up much.

Hi Ilya,

It’s probably because of the bandwidth. It is just around 100MB and it takes just a minute in any of our PCs.

So far nobody else has reported similar issues.

Can you check to install it in your PC on another network?
