Hello, I have a problem with the launcher. I downloaded the launcer installer and finished installation correctly. Then I launched the app.
Nothing. I checked system tray, launcher isn’t run. But it appeared for maybe 5 seconds after I ran the launcher.
I enabled app on the browser.
Still launcher is not found.
The Launcher starts automatically every time you start the computer. Check the task manager to see if it is running. If you have an antivirus or restricted IT policies in your PC, it could stop the Launcher or not allow it running. You should not start the launcher manually unless you end any related task first, otherwise the second instance will have a conflict with the necessary ports when you start it.
In addition, depending on your internet connection, you need to leave the Launcher to run for some seconds or minutes in the begining so it downloads all necessary files.
